Order Processing

Most products from Digipressions are made to order and may involve multiple steps, including printing, curing, and light assembly. We work quickly and efficiently to complete each item with care. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt, based on the customer’s selected shipping method.

If your order requires more than 48 hours to process due to complexity or volume, we will notify you via email with an updated timeline and expected ship date.

Delivery Times & Costs

Delivery times and shipping costs are determined solely by the carrier selected at checkout. Digipressions does not control carrier rates or delivery schedules. Once your order ships, tracking information (if available) will be sent to the email address provided. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and contacting the carrier directly for delivery updates or issues.

Important Notes

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM (Pacific Time) will be processed the following business day.

• While our products are microwave and dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing only to preserve exterior designs.
