1. How long does it take to process and ship a mug?
A: Each mug is made to order with care. Processing typically takes 24–72 hours to allow for proper assembly and curing. If there’s any unexpected delay, we’ll notify you by email right away.
2. Why are mugs non-refundable?
A: Because every mug is custom-made, we don’t carry pre-stocked inventory. That means we can’t accept returns unless there’s a defect in workmanship. If you believe your item qualifies, please request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for evaluation. If approved, you’ll send the mug back at your expense, and we’ll cover the shipping cost to return the replacement.
3. Why are some mugs not microwave-safe or sunlight-safe?
A: It depends on the materials used. Some finishes or embellishments may not withstand microwaving or prolonged sun exposure. But don’t worry—each mug includes care instructions on the bottom to guide you. We always use the best materials available, and we’re committed to upgrading whenever better options become accessible and affordable.
