At Digipressions, every mug is crafted to order with care, precision, and attention to detail. Because each item is made specifically for you, our shipping process is designed to balance speed with quality.

Production Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for production before shipping. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard Shipping • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days • Most economical option

Expedited Shipping • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days • Ideal for time‑sensitive gifts

Priority Shipping • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days • Fastest available option (where supported)

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, seasonal volume, or regional delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Photograph the external box, internal packaging, and the product

  2. Keep all packaging materials

  3. Submit an RMA request through your account

We will review the issue and assist with a replacement, credit, or carrier claim as appropriate.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, additional shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

At this time, Digipressions ships within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.
