Delivery Information

Products purchased from us are usually 'made to order' and require time to process. Some items require simple assembly while other products can have multiple processes to create a finished product.  But we will work quickly and efficiently to complete your item, package it and ship it promptly, via the customer's shipping selection.

In extreme cases where the above process would take longer than 48 hours to process the product and ship, digipressions will contact the customer via email to provide additional information and expected ship date.

Delivery Times and Cost

Delivery times and costs are based solely on the carrier the customer selects and are completely out of our control. Depending on the shipping method selected, tracking will be provided to the customer via email. It will be the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipper by whatever method the shipper has provided.

Shipping Options

Digpressions currently offers two methods of shipping. They are:

• United Postal Service (UPS)

• United States Postal Service (USPS)

With UPS, the customer has the option of having their merchandise shipped and tracked with these options:

• Next Day Air

• Second Day Air

• Ground Delivery

With USPS, the customer has the option of having their merchandise shipped with these options:

• First Class Mail Parcel

• Priority Mail

• Express Mail

• Parcel Post
