Frequently Asked Questions

1.  How long does it take to process and ship a mug?

A.  Mugs are made to order and usually takes 24-72 hours before shipping to allow time for assembly of the mug and curing time for the glue.  If extra time is required because of unforseen circumstances, we will email you.

2.  Why are mug non- refundable?

A.  We do not carry stock mugs.  All our mugs are made to order.  The only exception to this would be a defect in workmanship, which would require an RMA for evaluation.  Digipressions reserves the right to make that determination.  If approved, the customer would have to send the mug back at their own expense, but Digipressions will pay for shipping back to the customer.

3.  Why are some mugs not microwave-able, some mugs are, and some mugs restricted from sunlight.

A.  This is due to the materials used.  Some materials will not withstand microwaving.  Some materials on the mug may not hold up well in direct sunlight.  Still other mugs may not withstand a combination of the above elements.  But remember that on the bottom of each mug are instructions explaining what is, and what is not allowed with that mug.  Please know that we only use the best materials available and if there are restrictions on certain materials, that is coming direct from suppliers and nothing better exists as of this notice.  When something does become available that is better and is not cost restrictive, we will improve the product.  We want only the best for our customers!
